Anesoft 'ACLS Simulator 2017' will improve your resuscitation skills. This application is a simulator that allows you to test the management of cardiac arrest megacodes - anytime and anywhere. The simulated cases reinforce the treatment guidelines of the American Heart Association 2015 ECC. With regular practice you will always be ready to perform a complete cardiac resuscitation.

In this simulation environment, the rhythm of the patient and the electrocardiogram should be evaluated, the appropriate management should be decided, and two assistants should be guided through resuscitation. The assistants are experts, but will only do what I tell them to do. You must serve as the team leader. One of the rescuers will ister the airways and ventilation while the other will perform chest compressions and defibrillation.

There are twelve cases for this application written by Howard Schwid. The first case is vfib with a very tolerant time to make it easy for you to learn how to use the application.

The next two cases also include ventricular fibrillation, but with a more difficult and realistic schedule. Cases 4 and 5 are for pulseless ventricular tachycardia, another for asystolia, and the rest of cases cover the tachycardia algorithm.

The application includes the "What now" function. Use the "What now" button frequently to learn how to use the program. In addition, the "Now" option will always indicate the best management decision for the current status of the case.
